Construction of a 60-bed hostel facility

Includes Civil + Electrical & Mechanical works

Work includes RCC, PCC, brickwork, finishing, electrification, HVAC, fire-fighting, and related infrastructure

Execution period: 12 months

 Key Tender Details

1. Must not be blacklisted or debarred
2. Must have valid registrations:
   1. GST
   2. PAN
   3. EPF
3. Must be registered as Class ‘A’ contractor
4. JV/Consortium allowed (max 2 members)

1. Minimum 5 years experience in similar construction works
2. At least 1 similar project worth ₹163.52 Lakhs completed in last 5 years
3. Experience in civil + E&M building works

1. Minimum average annual turnover: ₹247.77 Lakhs
2. Must be profit-making for last 5 years
3. Liquid assets/credit facility: ₹124 Lakhs
4. Litigation exposure ≤ 50% of net worth

1. Bids must be submitted only via e-procurement portal
2. Two-part submission:
   1. Technical Bid (documents + eligibility proof)
   2. Financial Bid (BOQ)
3. Mandatory documents include:
