Tender Overview

The Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP), Bhopal has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible organizations for empanelment as IT Project Support Agencies for large-scale e-Governance and IT initiatives across India.

 Scope of Work
Selected agencies will provide end-to-end IT and project support services, including:
  1. Establishment of Project Management Units (PMU)
  2. Software & Mobile App Development
  3. PAN India IT Project Implementation & Operations
  4. Document Digitization Services
  5. Command & Control Centre Setup
  6. Cloud Server Administration & IT Security Audits
  7. Digital Marketing & IT Lead Generation
  8. AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cybersecurity-based solutions
The empanelment covers multiple categories such as Research Agencies, Project Management Agencies, and Core IT Service Providers.
 Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1. Must be a legally registered entity in India
  2. Relevant experience in applied category
  3. Submission of similar project details
  4. Availability of minimum 10 IT professionals
  5. Capability to provide ready-to-use IT solutions (if applicable)
  6. Payment of tender fee
  Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum 3 years of operational presence in India
  2. Experience in at least 3 IT projects (₹25 lakh+ each)
  3. Experience should align with applied category
  4. Strong project execution and methodology approach
