The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of Implementation Partners to co-invest, establish, operate, and manage Advanced Skilling Centres (ASCs) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across India.

This initiative aims to bridge the skill gap by creating industry-aligned training infrastructure in emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.

1. Co-invest in establishing Advanced Skilling Centres (ASCs)
2. Set up OEM-certified labs within HEIs/EIs
3. Deliver multi-semester, industry-aligned certification programs
4. Manage operations, infrastructure, and training delivery
5. Deploy certified trainers and maintain training ecosystem
6. Ensure integration with NSDC portal for candidate tracking
7. Collaborate with institutions for scalable skill development

1. Registered Company / LLP / Society / Trust in India
2. Minimum 7 years of operational existence

1. Positive Net Worth
2. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹25 Crore

1. Minimum 50 OEM-certified trainers

1. Minimum 5 projects in last 5 years
2. Each project must have trained at least 1,000 students

1. Minimum 2 valid OEM partnerships (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS)

1. No blacklisting, insolvency, or legal restrictions

1. Proposals must be submitted online only via NSDC portal
2. Only one proposal per bidder is allowed
3. Technical proposal must not include financial details
4. Proposal validity: 180 days
5. No Joint Venture allowed
6. All documents must be properly signed and uploaded
7. Queries must be sent via email before deadline
