1. Delivery of NSQF-aligned vocational training in approved job roles
2. Deployment of qualified Vocational Trainers and Coordinators
3. Training of Trainers (Induction and In-service)
4. Industry engagement, guest lectures, and on-the-job training
5. Organising industry/field visits (minimum three per academic year per class)
6. Student assessment and internal formative evaluations
7. Development and maintenance of Student MIS with real-time reporting
8. Placement facilitation for eligible and willing students
9. Compliance with Samagra Shiksha, MoE, CBSE, and PSSCIVE guidelines

4. Valid GST registration, PAN/TAN, and statutory tax compliance
5. Minimum 5,000 candidates trained in relevant sectors during FY 2021-22 to FY 2024-25 (as per Skill India Portal)
6. Organizational presence in Ladakh
   (Registered Office / Branch Office / Self-Owned Training Centre – preference given)
7. Experience in implementation of vocational education or skill development programmes

1. Minimum cumulative turnover:
   ₹ 100 Lakhs across FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25
2. Audited financial statements / CA-certified turnover certificate required

1. Tender / Bid Processing Fee:
   As prescribed in the EOI (non-refundable, to be submitted online as applicable)
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
   ₹ 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
   1. To be paid offline via Demand Draft / Cheque
   2. In favour of: State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, UT Ladakh

1. Performance Guarantee:
   3% of the annual contract value
2. To be submitted within 15 days of issuance of Letter of Intent (LoI)
3. Valid throughout the contract period and 60 days beyond completion

1. Mode of submission: Online only through e-procurement portal
2. No physical bids will be accepted
3. EMD must be submitted as per instructions
4. Proposals must be complete, properly scanned, and uploaded well before deadline
5. Late or incomplete bids will be summarily rejected
