Project Title: Training Programme for Strengthening Mahila Arogya Samithi (MAS) and Jana Arogya Samithi (JAS) on Public Health

Selection Method: Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)

Project Duration: 30 Days

1. Customization of NHM training modules for MAS & JAS
2. Conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) programs
3. Organizing training logistics (venue, materials, catering)
4. Delivering participatory training sessions (role-play, discussions)
5. Providing post-training handholding support
6. Monitoring implementation and conducting field visits
7. Submitting reports including attendance, assessments, and final outcomes

1. Registered NGO / Academic Institution / Training Agency
2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
3. Experience in large-scale training for ASHA/VHSNC/Urban Health Missions
4. Presence or operational capability in Karnataka (preferred)
5. Trainers with qualifications such as MSW, MPH, or similar
6. Fluency in Kannada for trainers

1. Must not be blacklisted/debarred by any government or organization
2. Valid PAN and GST registration required
3. Proven track record in public health or social sector training
4. Capability to deliver participatory and field-based training programs

1. Minimum turnover: ₹88 Lakhs in at least two financial years (last 5 years)
2. Submission of audited financial statements with UDIN
3. Financial proposal to include detailed cost breakdown

1. Tender Processing Fee: As per e-procurement portal
2. EMD: ₹88,122
3. Mode of Payment: Online (NEFT, Debit/Credit Card, OTC)
4. Refund:
   1. Unsuccessful bidders: within 30 days
   2. Successful bidder: after submission of performance security

1. Submission is mandatory through Karnataka e-Procurement portal
2. Separate submission of:

   2. Financial Proposal
3. Digital signature required
4. EMD and tender fee must be paid before submission
5. Bids will be evaluated in two stages:
