Scope of Work
The tender invites a qualified agency for Welder Training, Skilling (under Skill India Mission), and Competency Assessment of Railway and Contractual Welders at Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli.
The training and assessment shall be conducted as per ISO 9606-1:2017 (or latest) standards through M/s Braithwaite Ltd.
The scope includes classroom training, practical welding skill development, assessment, certification, and related activities as defined in the tender document.

Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Technical (Professional) Qualification Criteria
Bidders must have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, meeting any one of the following conditions:
  1. Three similar works each costing at least 30% of the tender value, or
  2. Two similar works each costing at least 40% of the tender value, or
  3. One similar work costing at least 60% of the tender value
Definition of Similar Work:
  1. Welding training for Railway welders in Indian Railways (Zonal Railways / Production Units), OR
  2. Manufacturing or supply of Railway Rolling Stock (Coaches, Wagons, or Locomotives).
Supporting documents and completion certificates must be submitted as per Annexure-A.
Financial Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum average annual contractual turnover equal to V/N or V (whichever is less)
    1. V = Advertised tender value (in crore)
    2. N = Number of years prescribed for completion (24 months)
  2. Turnover to be calculated based on the last three audited financial years.
  3. Audited balance sheets and CA-certified statements are mandatory as per Annexure-B.
