MOIL Limited invites eligible and recognized medical institutions to participate in an Open e-Tender for the Selection of an Implementing Partner under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative “Saksham Balika Yojana”.

1. Conducting GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) training strictly as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms
2. Providing boarding and lodging, uniforms, course materials, laboratory and library facilities
3. Mobilization and selection of eligible girl candidates (priority to SC/ST & BPL categories from MOIL operational areas)
4. Obtaining and maintaining all statutory approvals from State Authorities and INC
5. Deployment of qualified faculty and training coordinators as per prescribed norms
6. Ensuring minimum 70% placement of trainees upon course completion
7. Periodic reporting, compliance, and coordination with MOIL
8. Execution of the program for 36 months (3 years) at the bidder’s training centre

   1. Minimum 10 healthcare training programs conducted in the last 3 years
   2. At least 100 trainees trained cumulatively
4. Faculty Strength:
   1. Minimum 20 qualified on-roll faculty / resource persons / training coordinators
5. Infrastructure:
   1. Dedicated nursing education building (minimum 20,000 sq. ft. for 40–60 intake)
   2. Affiliated parent hospital (capacity based seat eligibility)
   3. Adequate labs and library facilities
6. Blacklisting:
   1. Bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government / PSU authority
