Scope of Work

1. The tender invites online bids under a Two-Bid System (Technical & Financial) for the following works at GC CRPF Humhama Campus, Srinagar (J&K):
2. Construction of 10 Toilets with Septic Tank in Training Area.
3. Construction of 01 Dumping Yard (8m x 7m) for waste/garbage storage behind Carpenter Shop.
4. Work shall be executed as per CPWD Specifications 2019 (Vol I & II) including latest correction slips and Engineer-in-Charge directions.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The bidder must:
2. Be registered with CPWD / MES / BRO / NBCC / State PWD / Other Central Government Departments / PSU.
3. Have valid contractor registration on the last date of bid submission.
4. Submit EPF & ESI Registration Certificates.
5. Submit GSTIN & PAN details.
6. Not have any near relative employed in CRPF connected to the project.

Experience Criteria (Similar Works)

1. The bidder must have completed similar works in the last 5 years meeting any one of the following:
2. Three similar works each costing ≥ 40% of estimated cost
   OR
3. Two similar works each costing ≥ 60% of estimated cost
   OR
4. One similar work costing ≥ 80% of estimated cost
5. Work completion certificates and performance statements are mandatory.

Financial Criteria

1. Annual Average Turnover: Minimum 30% of estimated cost during last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
2. CA-certified turnover certificate required.
3. Solvency Certificate: Minimum 25% of Estimated Cost (not older than 6 months).
4. Last 3 years Income Tax Returns mandatory.
