Scope of Work
- The project involves the execution of public health services infrastructure at the Industrial Training Institute, Husainpura. The work includes:
- Public health engineering services
- Installation and execution as per approved technical specifications
- Completion within 3 months
- Compliance with quality assurance and safety standards
- Deployment of required manpower, equipment, and resources
- The contractor will be responsible for complete execution as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
Legal Eligibility
- The bidder may be:
- Individual Contractor
- Proprietorship Firm
- Partnership Firm
- Limited Company / Corporation
Consortium/Joint Ventures are not permitted.
Enlistment Requirement
- For works up to ₹50 Lakhs:
- Valid enlistment with Punjab Water Supply & Sanitation Department under appropriate class & category OR
- If not enlisted, bidder must fulfill qualification criteria including turnover and work experience.
Technical Qualification Criteria
- The bidder must have completed in the last 5 years:
- One similar work of at least 80% of estimated cost
OR
- Two similar works each of at least 50% of estimated cost
OR
- Three similar works each of at least 40% of estimated cost
- (Similar work as defined in Bid Data Sheet)
Financial Criteria
- Minimum annual turnover equal to 40% of estimated cost in any one of the last 5 financial years (FY 2019-20 to 2023-24)
- Availability of credit line equal to 10% of contract value (Bank certificate not older than 3 months)
- Undertaking to invest 25% of contract value during execution
- Positive bid capacity as per formula:
Bid Capacity = (A × N × 3 – B)
Where:
- A = Maximum value of civil works executed in one year (last 5 years)
- N = Completion period in years
- B = Existing commitments
