2. Minimum 72 qualified trainers deployed in Maharashtra (CVs to be submitted)

1. Indian registered entity (Company / Proprietorship / Partnership / Govt. Society)
2. Valid PAN and GST registration
3. Must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government authority
4. Compliance with Make in India (MII) and GeM GTC Clause 26 (border-sharing country restriction)
5. Consortium bids allowed (maximum 3 members, with defined lead partner)
