Scope of Work

1. The selected bidder shall be responsible for:
2. Supply of standard-quality Kabaddi Mats suitable for competitive/training use
3. Supply of Protective Covers for Kabaddi Mats
4. Supply of Kabaddi Marking Tape
5. Supply of Thera Bands (Resistance Bands)
6. Supply of Weight Training Sets (as per specified configuration)
7. Proper packaging, safe transportation, and delivery to designated location
8. Compliance with technical specifications mentioned in the tender
9. Replacement of defective or non-compliant items (if required)
10. All equipment must meet quality and durability standards suitable for institutional sports training.

Qualification Criteria

1. Bidders must meet the following conditions:
2. Registered firm/company/proprietorship/partnership.
3. Valid GST Registration.
4. PAN registration of the firm.
5. Experience in supplying sports goods, fitness equipment, or related materials.
6. Declaration of non-blacklisting by any government department.
7. Authorization certificate (in case of dealer/distributor participation).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible bidders may include:
2. Manufacturers of sports mats and fitness equipment
3. Authorized distributors of sports and gym equipment
4. MSME-registered enterprises (if applicable)
5. Firms with prior experience in supplying to:
6. Preference may be given to bidders with relevant supply track records.

inancial Criteria

1. Submission of turnover details (as per tender requirement).
2. CA-certified turnover certificate (if applicable).
3. Latest ITR/Audited financial statements (if specified).
4. Financial capability to execute the supply order within stipulated timeline.

Tender Fee: As prescribed in the tender document (non-refundable, if applicable).

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): To be submitted in the prescribed format (DD/Bank Guarantee/Online Transfer, as applicable).

1. EMD exemption may be available for:
2. MSME/NSIC registered bidders (subject to submission of valid certificate).
3. Other categories as per tender conditions.

Submission Guidelines

1. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed tender format.
2. Technical and Financial Bids may be required separately (Two-Bid System, if applicable).
3. All documents must be signed and stamped.
4. Tender envelope must clearly mention the tender name.
5. Late submissions will not be accepted.
6. Online submission (if applicable) must be completed before the deadline.
7. Incomplete bids are liable for rejection.
