2. 1 Cluster/District Coordinator per 30 schools

D. Internet Services

1. Minimum 5 Mbps unlimited internet

E. Teacher Training

1. 5-day Induction Training (40 hours)
2. Refresher training in 3rd & 5th year
3. Smart Class training (2 days)
4. Training module approval by JEPC
5. Completion timelines with penalty clauses

F. Consumables

1. 2000 A4 sheets per school per year
2. 2 printer cartridges per lab per year
