The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has invited bids through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) for Professional Training Services (Offline Mode) on a Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) basis.

Scope of Work

  4. Approx. 3 batches, each of:
    1. 15 training days
    2. 8 hours per day
    3. 20 participants per batch
  5. Training location: Service Provider’s premises
  6. Certification: Participation Certificate
  7. Additional provisions:
    1. Lodging & boarding facilities
    2. Post-training support
Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Experience Criteria
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in providing similar professional training services
  2. Experience must be with Central/State Government, PSU, or reputed organisations
Past Performance Requirement
Bidders must have successfully completed:
  1. 3 similar projects worth at least 40% of estimated cost each, OR
  2. 2 similar projects worth at least 50% of estimated cost each, OR
  3. 1 similar project worth at least 80% of estimated cost
(Projects considered from the current and last three financial years)
Financial Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: 500 Lakh
  2. Turnover to be supported by:
    1. Audited balance sheets, or
    2. CA / Cost Accountant certificate
  3. No relaxation provided for MSME or Startup bidders
