District Project Livelihood College, Kanker (Chhattisgarh)
The District Project Livelihood College (DPLC), Kanker has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced Training Partners (VTPs) for implementation of short-term skill development programmes aligned with national skill initiatives.
Scope of Work
Selected Training Partners will be responsible for:
Mobilisation, counselling, and enrolment of candidates
Delivery of domain training, theory & practical sessions, and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Alignment of courses with NSQF / NCVET norms
Assessment coordination, certification support, and placement/self-employment facilitation
Post-training tracking, reporting, and compliance with DPLC guidelines
Training programmes are proposed across multiple sectors such as:
Construction (Mason, Plumbing, Electrician)
Retail & Sales
Security Services
Electronics & Solar Installation
IT-ITeS (Domestic IT Help Desk, Assistant)
Entrepreneurship & allied job roles
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Applicants must:
Be a registered legal entity (Society / Trust / Company / LLP / Proprietorship)
Be registered as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) or have prior experience in skill training
Have minimum 2 years of relevant training experience
Possess qualified trainers, adequate infrastructure, and training equipment as per course norms
Eligibility Criteria
Valid PAN and GST registration
No record of blacklisting by any Government / Semi-Government body
Capability to conduct training, assessment support, and placement activities
Willingness to comply with all operational, monitoring, and reporting requirements
Financial Criteria
Training Partners must demonstrate financial soundness and operational capacity
Past experience of handling Government-funded or CSR-supported skill development projects will be preferred
Tender Fee & EMD
Tender Fee: As per EOI notification
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD / Security Deposit):
Security amount of ₹50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft in favour of the competent authority
Submission Guidelines
EOI must be submitted in prescribed formats along with all supporting documents
Separate sealed envelopes for:
Envelope A: Application & eligibility documents
Envelope B: Infrastructure, trainer, and equipment details
Incomplete or late submissions are liable to be rejected
