Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for imparting employment-oriented skill training to women beneficiaries from Digras Taluka, Yavatmal District under the Garment Cluster Creation & Skill Training Plan. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Skill training in garment/apparel manufacturing
  2. Practical and theoretical training delivery
  3. Curriculum implementation and assessment
  4. Placement linkage and employment generation
  5. Coordination with garment manufacturers for assured employment
  6. Training and employment of approximately 155 rural women
  7. Execution and management of the project for a 36-month contract period
Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Eligible bidders must:
  1. Be registered in India as a Company / LLP / Partnership / Society / Trust or recognized Skill Department VTP/TP/TC
  2. Have a minimum average annual turnover of INR 1 Crore in the last three financial years (FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24)
  3. Maintain a positive net worth
  4. Possess minimum one similar garment training project of at least INR 25 Lakhs
  5. Have experience in garment/apparel skill training under Government/PSU/ULB/Private Institutes
  6. Train at least 200 participants in apparel-related skills
  7. Not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government authority
Infrastructure & Operational Requirements
  1. Ownership or long-term lease (minimum 5 years) of a training facility of at least 25,000 sq. ft. in Digras Taluka, or
  2. Submission of a notarized affidavit committing to arrange the facility within 30 days of LOI
  3. Existing orders or MoUs with at least two garment/apparel manufacturers for supply and employment linkage
Financial Criteria
  1. Minimum Average Turnover: INR 1 Crore (last 3 financial years)
  2. EMD: INR 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh only), payable via NEFT/RTGS through the e-tender portal
  3. Security Deposit: 5% of Total Contract Value (TCV) in the form of a Bank Guarantee
  4. Bid Validity: 120 days from bid opening

  2. EMD Amount: INR 2,00,000
