Scope of Work

The consultancy assignment includes PMC services for the electric gas crematorium project in Mandya Municipality. The consultant will support the client in monitoring the quality, quantity and technical execution of the works.

The major scope includes:

  1. Project management consultancy for the crematorium building work.
  2. Quality monitoring, quality control and on-site technical guidance.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification conditions:

  1. The bidder must be validly registered with a Central or State Government registering authority.
  2. The bidder should have minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy services.
  3. The bidder should have experience in similar consultancy / PMC services.
  4. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one similar nature service or project costing not less than ₹2 crore during the specified period.
  5. The bidder should have satisfactorily carried out independent PMC for building construction work of value not less than ₹8 crore in the last 5 financial years for a Central Government, State Government department or Government undertaking.
  6. The bidder should have own or joint venture NABL / ISO certified civil engineering material testing laboratory facilities.
  7. The bidder should have in-house technically qualified staff with relevant qualifications and experience.
  8. The bidder should have full-fledged office facilities, including telephone, computer, printer, email and required software such as MS Office and MS Project.
  9. The bidder should not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.
