Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids online through eproc.punjab.gov.in. The bid must be submitted in two parts: Technical Bid and Financial Bid.

Technical Bid

The Technical Bid should include:

  1. EMD payment details.

  3. Valid Sales Tax / GST / registration certificate.

  5. Last three years income tax return details.
  6. Authorization letter / manufacturer authorization.

Financial Bid

The Financial Bid must contain item-wise rates quoted in the prescribed format. The financial bid will be considered only after evaluation of the Technical Bid.

Key Terms and Conditions

  1. Supply must be made on F.O.R. basis at the consignee site.
  2. Rates must be quoted as final and inclusive of applicable duties, freight, insurance, GST, and other charges.
