Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing food and refreshment services to trainees attending training programmes at Gramsevak Training Centre, Sindewahi and other training locations as required by the department.
The scope includes:
- Providing tea/coffee in the morning and afternoon.
- Providing breakfast for trainees.
- Providing lunch and dinner for residential batches.
- Providing food arrangements for regular residential training, RGSA residential training and RGSA/non-residential training.
- Supplying meals as per the prescribed menu and time schedule.
- Making food arrangements at training venues at district, taluka or Gram Panchayat level, wherever training programmes are conducted.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Ensuring adequate food quality and quantity as per trainee attendance.
- Complying with all food safety and service-related requirements stated in the tender.
