Scope of Work

The scope of work includes providing outsourced manpower services to the District Skill Development Office, Dharwad for the financial year 2026–27. The manpower requirement includes:

The selected agency will be responsible for deploying qualified personnel, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining employment records, and meeting applicable labour, wage, EPF, ESI, GST and other statutory requirements.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligibility Criteria

Financial Criteria

The financial bid format includes Basic, VDA, EPF at 13%, ESI at 3.25%, service charge and GST. The service charge should not be less than 2%.

Tender Fee and EMD

The tender fee is ₹500. The e-procurement tender data mentions EMD of ₹28,180, while the scanned PDF checklist mentions Online EMD Payment ₹30,000. Bidders should verify the exact payable EMD on the official KPPP portal before making payment.

EMD and tender processing fee must be paid online through the e-procurement system. The EMD should be paid in one single transaction, as partial EMD payment may result in rejection.

Submission Guidelines

The tender must be submitted online through the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal only. Bidders should:
