Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be required to deliver an online instructor-led training programme titled Strategic Leadership with AI. The programme is planned for 17 weeks and focuses on leadership-level understanding and strategic application of Artificial Intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must have relevant experience in delivering similar professional training services. The bid requires 3 years of past experience in same or similar services. The bidder must upload documents supporting experience, turnover, and other requested certificates.
The bid also requires the bidder to comply with GeM terms and conditions, service-level conditions, applicable labour laws, and other statutory requirements. Sellers must ensure that all details uploaded on GeM are accurate and verifiable.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the GeM portal before the closing date and time. The bid is a Single Packet Bid, and the evaluation will be conducted on a total value-wise basis.
Important Submission Points
- Bids must be submitted online on GeM only.
- Required documents must be uploaded with the bid.
- The bid offer must remain valid for 180 days from the bid end date.
- Technical clarifications during evaluation may be allowed for 2 days.
- Bid documents uploaded by bidders may be visible to other participating bidders after login, as per bid settings.
- The buyer may increase or decrease the contract quantity or duration up to 50% at the time of contract issue, as per the option clause.
