Pre-Qualification Criteria
Eligible bidders should meet the following broad pre-qualification requirements:
- Bidder must be registered with KPWD and the KPPP portal.
- Joint Venture bids are not acceptable.
- Bidder must not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.
- Bidder must provide department registration details, banker details, and details of works executed in the last five years.
- Bidder must provide lists of existing commitments, ongoing works, and tenders already submitted.
- Available tender capacity should be more than the total tender value and should not be less than ₹7.38 lakh.
As per the standard KW-1 document, tender capacity is evaluated based on past civil engineering works, completion period, and ongoing commitments.
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must comply with the following eligibility conditions:
- Only eligible contractors registered with the relevant department/KPWD and KPPP portal may participate.
- Tenderers from Joint Ventures are not accepted.
- The bidder should not have been declared ineligible due to corrupt or fraudulent practices.
- Relevant category certificate must be uploaded where applicable.
- The contractor must scan and upload the KPWD Registration Copy, PAN Card, GST/VAT Certificate, postal address, and mobile number.
- The work must be executed according to department specifications, and all materials must be of approved quality.
- Any damage during execution must be borne by the contractor.

Financial Criteria
The tender requires bidders to submit a turnover certificate for the previous five years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have achieved a minimum turnover equal to or above ₹7.38 lakh in at least two financial years.
