Scope of Work

The tender scope is for procurement of Filament Dryer AMS with Training. The selected seller will be responsible for:

1. Supply of the equipment.
2. Installation at the buyer’s location.
3. Testing and commissioning.
4. Training of operators.
5. Providing statutory clearances, if applicable.
6. Completion of delivery within 15 days at Barmer.

The attached product brochure refers to Bambu Lab H2D, describing it as an all-in-one personal manufacturing hub with 3D printing, laser, blade cutting and drawing capabilities. The brochure also highlights features such as modular toolheads, AMS-based filament monitoring, dual-nozzle printing, large print volume, and active chamber heating.

Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

1. Bidders or their OEMs must have relevant experience in manufacturing and supplying same or similar category products. The bid document requires 2 years of past experience for the same/similar service or product category. Supporting documents such as contracts and delivery acceptance certificates may be required to prove experience.
2. The bidder or OEM must also demonstrate past performance of at least 20% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before bid opening, supplied to any Central Government, State Government organisation or PSU.
3. The tender is reserved for Make in India products, and bidders must qualify as Class-I local suppliers with the required local content certification. MSE purchase preference is applicable, with preference available up to L1 + 15%, and the maximum MSE purchase preference quantity is 25% of the bid quantity.

Financial Criteria

1. The bid document does not specify a minimum average annual turnover amount or net worth requirement. However, the document confirms that MSE relaxation is available for experience and turnover criteria, subject to submission of valid supporting documents and compliance with quality and technical specifications.

Submission Guidelines

1. Bids must be submitted online through the GeM portal under the Two Packet Bid system. Bidders should ensure that all technical and eligibility documents are uploaded properly. Price details should be submitted only in the financial bid, as GeM GTC states that bidders should not mention price elements in the technical bid, except in single-packet bidding cases.
2. The buyer has enabled document visibility, meaning documents submitted by bidders as part of clarification or representation during the tender process may be visible to other participating bidders after login.
3. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered quantity by up to 25% at the time of contract placement and may increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% during the contract period at contracted rates.
