Scope of Work

  1. The scope includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 desk and bench sets for classroom/training use. The successful bidder must deliver the goods to Eklavya Model Residential Sports School Karinthalam, Peringome, Payyannur, Kannur, Kerala – PIN 670353. Delivery period is 15 days for the listed consignee quantity.
  2. The product requirements include desk and bench sets with separate desk and bench configuration, 3-seater capacity, mild steel frame, particle board desk top, under-storage shelf, bench backrest, and particle board bench seating/backrest. The scope also requires all accessories, charges, taxes and installation/commissioning components to be included in the bid price.

Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

Submission Guidelines

Important Contract and Delivery Conditions

The purchaser may increase or decrease the ordered quantity by up to 25% at the time of contract placement and may also increase the ordered quantity up to 25% during the contract period at contracted rates. The successful bidder must submit detailed design drawings within 5 days of contract award and obtain buyer approval before fabrication.
  2. The successful bidder must also provide 5 advance samples within 5 days of award of contract for approval before bulk manufacturing/supply. The warranty period is 3 years from final acceptance or completion of installation, commissioning and testing, and comprehensive warranty must cover all types of damages during the standard warranty period.
