Scope of Work

The scope of work covers the delivery of an online certification course developed by an elite global university with QS ranking up to 100. The programme must be delivered online through a Learning Management System selected by the university or training partner.

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering the course through LMS with online lectures, quizzes, assignments, and discussion forums.
  2. Ensuring that course content is up-to-date and aligned with relevant industry standards.
  3. Providing qualified faculty members or industry experts with relevant experience.
  4. Offering learner support through LMS-based Q&A forums and email support for technical issues.
  5. Developing and administering assessments such as exams and projects.
  6. Issuing digital certificates after successful completion of the course and assessments.
  7. Providing reports on learner enrolment, course completion, progress, and feedback.
  8. Ensuring that the certificate is associated with an elite global university only.
