The selected service provider will be responsible for:
- Delivering the course through LMS with online lectures, quizzes, assignments, and discussion forums.
- Ensuring that course content is up-to-date and aligned with relevant industry standards.
- Providing qualified faculty members or industry experts with relevant experience.
- Offering learner support through LMS-based Q&A forums and email support for technical issues.
- Developing and administering assessments such as exams and projects.
- Issuing digital certificates after successful completion of the course and assessments.
- Providing reports on learner enrolment, course completion, progress, and feedback.
- Ensuring that the certificate is associated with an elite global university only.
