Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for providing food, catering, accommodation and related arrangements for residential and non-residential training programmes, meetings and workshops conducted by District Health Society, Karauli.

The scope includes:

Providing daily tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner and special diet items as required for residential training participants.

Providing food arrangements for non-residential training programmes, including tea, breakfast and working lunch.

Providing accommodation for training participants, including rooms with attached toilets and bathrooms, beds, bedding, bed sheets, coolers or fans according to weather conditions, daily cleaning and drinking water arrangements.

Providing arrangements for ASHA residential trainings, including ASHA Module 6, induction training, HBYC training and other ASHA-related training programmes. The scope may include stay, breakfast, tea, working lunch, post-lunch refreshments, dinner and milk for trainee babies wherever required.

Providing special food packets for district-level meetings or workshops, as per departmental requirements.

Providing hall arrangements for training sessions, including seating facilities for 50 to 100 participants, subject to prescribed space and infrastructure requirements.

Providing breakfast/snacks and packed refreshment items such as tea, coffee, buttermilk, lassi, roasted snacks, biscuits and other permitted items as per the rate schedule.

The bidder must be a registered firm, proprietorship, partnership, private entity, hotel, restaurant, marriage garden, guest house or similar service provider eligible to provide food and accommodation services.

The bidder must submit firm registration documents or ownership / lease / rent / agreement documents for the proposed premises.

The bidder must have valid GST registration and must submit GST return-related documents as required.

The bidder must have a valid food safety licence.

The bidder must submit proof of fire safety equipment in working condition, along with photographs and installation report.

The bidder must provide details of bank account and passbook copy.

The bidder must submit a self-declaration confirming that the firm has not been debarred or blacklisted by any office or department.

The bidder must agree to comply with the code of integrity, no conflict of interest declaration and other RTPP Act-related declarations.
