Scope of Work
The scope of work includes implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 projects in Madhya Pradesh for rural youth skill development, certification, and placement. Selected agencies will be expected to undertake candidate mobilization, residential training, certification, placement facilitation, and post-placement compliance as per DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
The project focuses on employment-oriented skill training in sectors aligned with current and future market demand. Priority will be given to sectors and trades that support emerging employment opportunities and avoid oversupply in traditional trades.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mobilization and selection of eligible rural youth, with priority for SC/ST belts, aspirational districts, tribal districts, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
- Implementation of only residential training courses in Madhya Pradesh under DDU-GKY 2.0.
- Ensuring availability of infrastructure and resources for starting batches on or before 30 September 2026.
- Conducting training courses with a minimum duration of 576 hours and maximum duration of 2304 hours.
- Ensuring course content is aligned with NSQF and certified by NCVET, SSC, or other accredited agencies notified by MoRD / Government of India.
- Including mandatory modules of 180 hours on soft skills, life skills, English communication, and information technology.
- Facilitating wage employment, self-employment, or gig employment for trained candidates.
- Ensuring placements meet the minimum employment duration norms prescribed under DDU-GKY 2.0.

Pre-Qualification Criteria
Applicants must comply with the eligibility criteria prescribed under Chapter 7 of DDU-GKY Guidelines 2.0. Agencies must also follow the DDU-GKY 2.0 SOP, Captive Employer Guidelines, and all applicable MoRD notifications.
