Scope of Work

The scope of work includes implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 projects in Madhya Pradesh for rural youth skill development, certification, and placement. Selected agencies will be expected to undertake candidate mobilization, residential training, certification, placement facilitation, and post-placement compliance as per DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.

The project focuses on employment-oriented skill training in sectors aligned with current and future market demand. Priority will be given to sectors and trades that support emerging employment opportunities and avoid oversupply in traditional trades.

  1. Mobilization and selection of eligible rural youth, with priority for SC/ST belts, aspirational districts, tribal districts, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
  2. Implementation of only residential training courses in Madhya Pradesh under DDU-GKY 2.0.

Pre-Qualification Criteria
